Jika Anda menggunakan Windows 7 / Vista :

1. Klik Start, kemudian ketik cmd
2. Tekan Ctrl + Shift + Enter pada keyboard untuk menjalankan Command Prompt sebagai Administrator dan klik Lanjutkan pada prompt.
3. Ketikan > Type netsh winsock reset in the Command Prompt shell, kemudian tekan Enter.
4. Restart komputer Anda.
5. Pergi ke control panel pilih Add or remove program dan cari Avira Premium.
6. Klik Change kemudian Modify dan pastikan semua kotak diperiksa, kemudian tekan Next sampai selesai.
7. Restart komputer Anda lagi.

Jika Anda menggunakan Windows XP :

1. Klik Start, kemudian Run
2. Ketik cmd
